Focused Support for Florida’s Independent Agents

Helping independent agents across Florida grow with smarter systems, better training, and real personal support.

Meet Amber Hayes – Rasberry Producer Group’s Senior VP

We’re building something different for Florida agents. I’d love to share what we’re doing, and how to know if it’s a fit for you.

We’re Building Something Different

At Rasberry Producer Group, we believe in building real partnerships with independent agents, not just handing out contracts and disappearing. That’s why we recruit by region and focus on one state at a time.

Right now, that focus is Florida.

You may have recently received a letter from Danny Rasberry, our founder, and I wanted to follow up personally. Danny and I are working together to support a select group of producers across Florida who are ready for a more personal, strategic kind of IMO partnership.

Why Florida Agents Are Saying Yes to Rasberry PG

We’re not your average IMO. Here’s what makes Rasberry different:

Built for Agents Across Florida

Whether you’re based in Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, or a smaller market – we’re here to help you grow a more profitable, scalable business with less stress.

We’re not a captive agency. We’re not trying to “sign everyone.” We’re here for the agents who want to build something sustainable, strategic, and supported. We’re here to partner with independent insurance agents in Tennessee who want the benefits of a modern IMO without giving up control of their business.

Let’s Talk. You’ll Know If It’s a Fit

We’re not trying to recruit everyone. But if you’re looking for a more personal, strategic relationship in 2025 and beyond, we’d love to have a conversation.

Danny Rasberry

Danny entered the insurance industry in 1987, bringing with him a wide-ranging background that included work as both a political consultant and a concert promoter. He graduated from Mississippi College, attended law school there, and pursued financial knowledge relentlessly—often unable to put a good business book down.

His early years were far from easy, but by applying the marketing principles he learned in politics and music, he swiftly turned his practice around. As a sales manager for The Prudential, he transformed the lowest-performing team into a top producer within six months. He then ventured into running his own TPA firm, which led to an opportunity to build a new region for Northwestern National Life (later ReliaStar and ING), where he enjoyed national success in the 401(k) and variable annuity markets.

Ultimately, Danny’s passion for Indexed Universal Life guided him to grow Rasberry Producer Group into a recognized leader in the field. Today, after more than three decades, his unique blend of experience, innovation, and dedication continues to define his career and shape the firm’s success.

Amber Hayes

Amber’s strong background in the entertainment business transitions perfectly into our industry. Amber’s fresh perspective, drive, and persistent determination are just a few of the benefits that she brings when working with our agents on marketing strategies and new business. Amber’s talents continue to land her on stage and on the big screen. She has been in two movies, starred in the national touring musical “The Conway Twitty Story”, and has landed 5 top 40 singles on the MusicRow Breakout Chart. She was the homeowner in the season finale of the HGTV hit show, Home Town. Amber also co-wrote the song My Hometown, which was featured during the show.

In addition, Amber comes from a family of successful entrepreneurs and small business owners. After owning a health club franchise in Nashville, she currently owns and operates multiple vacation rental homes. Amber knows firsthand how to guide our agents in marketing, and branding, and can assist with any obstacles they will face.
